About Me:

After getting a law degree (and a husband!) from Notre Dame Law School and passing the bar exam in Indiana my husband broke the news that he had joined the Air Force JAG Corps. I veered from a law career to a life as a military spouse and homeschooling mom of five. But! My law school loans didn't disappear when I walked away from the legal field. We started our married life with two sets of law school and undergrad loans. Add in a little credit card debt and we needed some serious help with our finances! YNAB was the tool that helped us change the course of our personal finances. The YNAB rules taught us how to live within our means, get a month ahead instead of living paycheck to paycheck, and organize and categorize each month's income in a way that allows us to save for the future and give generously. Now I am a certified budget coach ready to help you gain financial clarity and purpose.
